끝내 토요일날 원하던 답변이 왔다.

Option A) Reply to this email with the receipt as an attachment.
Option B) Include a copy of the receipt in the package being sent back to Logitech.
Option C) Fax to 800-828-9243. Be sure you clearly write the incident number on the receipt.

1.아래의 주소로 제품 전체를 보내라. 선불 반송 라벨을 24시간 이내 받아볼 수 있을 것이다.
2.(필요하다면)아래 중 한가지 방법으로 영수증 사본을 보내라.

이미 영수증은 처음부터 첨부했는데 이렇게 보내는 걸 보면 로지텍도 ctrl c+v 신공을 익혔나보다.
그리고 사실 위 답변보다 UPS쪽 라벨이 먼저 도착했다
(엄밀히 말하자면 24시간 이내가 아니군)

그래서 월요일 EMS로 보내고서는 EMS번호를 남겨주었다.
(조그마난 걸 보내는데 23,900씩이나 들었다..)

바로 온 답장은

I would like to ask if you have used the UPS pre-paid shipping label that we sent you? Are you in the U.S? Please advise because the shipping label must be use to ensure the safety of your device and to ensure that it will reach our return center

선불 배송 라벨은 사용안했나? 미국에 있나? 배송라벨은 니 제품의 안전과 물품이 도착했는지 확인하기 위해 꼭 사용되어야하니 말해줘.

내가 제일 꺼려하던 질문이었다.
결국, 답변을 보냈다.

이미 알다시피 선불 반송 라벨은 사용하지 않았다.
필수적이였다면, 그렇게 했겠지만
난 현재는 미국에 없으며, 그렇게 했다면 시간과 돈을 더 낭비하는 일이었을 뿐이다.
내 이어폰은 그쪽에 잘 도착할테니 걱정하지 말아라

라고 남겨뒀는데
다음 답변이 어떻게 올지가 걱정된다.
